The Carqon Cruise electric cargo bike is extremely safe, reliable and comfortable. The Carqon cargo bikes stand out due to their modern design. The cargo box is very safe, partly due to the extra high protective collar. The container is made of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene). This ensures a comfortable and soft interior. The outside is finished with a stylish and robust Dibond outer shell, which ensures optimum protection. Thanks to the high collar and the sturdy edge, your children are optimally protected in the box. So you can safely go on the road with this cool cargo bike.
Carqon Cruise cargo bike with Bosch Performance Cargoline CX engine
The Carqon Cruise E2 cargo bike is equipped with the latest Bosch Performance Cargoline CX mid-engine (85 Nm). This 4th generation Bosch motor is compact, lightweight, powerful and super efficient. The silent Bosch motor is mounted on the bottom bracket, so you benefit from optimal pedal support. In addition to a powerful engine, this cargo bike has a fantastic gear hub, namely the Enviolo N380. This allows you to effortlessly switch to the right gear. The maintenance-free Gates belt ensures a perfect drive. The Bosch Intuvia display is mounted on the handlebars, with which you can easily operate the pedal assistance. You can choose from the modes off, eco, tour, sport and turbo. You can also use walk assist. You can easily switch the safe LED lighting on and off on the display. The Intuvia display also has a micro-USB port, so you can charge your smartphone while cycling. The Carqon Cruise comes standard with a 400Wh battery. For an additional charge, you can also opt for a 500Wh battery or a double pack of 2x 400Wh or 2x 500Wh. If you like to cycle long distances, a double battery is definitely recommended. If you opt for a single battery now, but want to expand to a double in the future, the cargo bike will need an adjustment, which is why it is more economical to immediately opt for a double pack. A range of up to approximately 130 km can be achieved with a double pack battery.

The Cruise E2 features a sporty steering wheel connected to the high performance control system; Double Cable Steering System. This 'automotive technology' enables a greater steering angle, making steering more direct, smoother and more comfortable. The Cable Steering ensures maneuverability and the small turning circle makes it easy to park.
Space in the cargo box
The safe cargo box is equipped with one bench seat which is equipped with 2 belts with shoulder protectors and has a safe closure. You can easily store a few groceries or other items under the bench. Do you want to bring a baby in addition to 2 children? Then you can place a Maxi-Cosi in the front of the box. You will then need the Carqon Maxi-Cosi carrier. This can be ordered separately.
