DELIVERY

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. These costs can vary considerably. To find out the shipping costs, place the items in the shopping cart and log in.

*Free shipping from €150. This does not apply to all countries and does not apply to cargo bikes and bicycle trailers for the disabled.

KidsCab ships most products with DPD. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If you are not at home

**Orders with delivery address in Belgium:**
If you are not at home, your order will be offered two more times by DPD. If you are not present during all attempts, you can make a new delivery appointment via [DPD Belgium](https://www.dpd.com/be/nl) or by telephone on +32 (0)70/246 022.

**Orders with delivery address outside Belgium:**
If you are not at home, your order will be offered two more times, if desired with a telephone delivery appointment.

You can return purchased products within 14 days of receipt. To do so, you must first submit a return request via the website.

If you have not created an account, you can also return the items with a copy of your order form or with a copy of an email received from KidsCab. It is important that the products are properly packaged and returned in the original packaging to:

The customer is responsible for the transport and the costs thereof. As soon as the products arrive with us, the amount will be refunded to the account with which payment was made within 14 days.

+++ Returns Cargo Bikes +++

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and the packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. The starting point here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would be allowed to do in a store.

Specific Terms and Conditions:

- Electric (cargo) bikes:
- Upon return receipt with 5 to 50 km driven: 25% deduction of the purchase price.
- With more than 50 km driven: 50% deduction of the purchase price.
- Belgian customers can use KidsCab transport.
- International customers must be responsible for the return themselves and are therefore responsible for packaging and damage.
- Payment by credit card**: Deduction of 2.5% credit card costs from the total amount.
- Damaged bike upon return**: Deduction of 25% of the purchase price.
- Return via cash on delivery**: Deduction of €14.95 cash on delivery costs.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Exercising the right of withdrawal:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product via the same method as the original payment.
